1 very ripe avocado halved, pitted, skin removed ▢4 oz sour cream ▢2 tbsp fresh lime juice ▢garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢pepper


Step - 1

Mash the avocado in a serving basin, then combine the sour cream and lime juice.  

Blend until uniform.

To season, combine pepper and salt.
