⅓ cup olive oil ▢3 tablespoons lime juice ▢½ cup cilantro chopped ▢4 teaspoons minced garlic ▢1 teaspoon cumin powder ▢½ teaspoon chili powder ▢salt and pepper to taste


Step - 1

In a small basin, combine olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder.  

Coat the steak and transfer it to a basin or baking dish containing the marinade.   

Step - 2

Allow the steak to marinate for two to three hours.  

Step - 3

Preheat the grill to medium-high temperatures and sear the meat for 5 to 7 minutes per side.   

Step - 4

While the meat is resting on the cutting board, cut it against the grain after five minutes.
