▢3/4 cup butter, softened ▢1 cup sugar ▢2 eggs ▢1 1/2 tsp lemon juice ▢1 Tbsp lemon zest ▢2 1/2 cups all purpose flour ▢1 tsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp salt Lemon Frosting ▢1/2 cup butter, softened ▢4 cups powdered sugar ▢1 dash salt ▢1 Tbsp lemon zest ▢2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice ▢1-2 Tbsp milk, if needed


Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the sugar and butter in a large mixing basin. 

Combine the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest in an adequately mixed manner. Combine salt, baking powder, and flour. 

Step - 2

Form dough into balls the size of tablespoons and arrange them on cookie sheets that have been gently greased. Utilize a glass coated in sugar to flatten. 

Step - 3

Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the bottom is just lightly browned. After 3 to 4 minutes of cooling on the pan, transfer to chilling racks.  

Step - 4

Following complete cooling, frost biscuits. Frosting was poured on using a 1M star tip.
