4-5 tomatoes large ▢1 tbsp olive oil ▢1 tbsp balsamic vinegar ▢1 tsp minced garlic ▢2 tbsp basil fresh, chopped ▢1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded ▢garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢pepper


Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 450 degrees.  

Quarter the tomatoes after washing them.

In a large basin, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Coat tomato quarters with the mixture.

Place tomatoes in a baking dish with a rim that has been greased and roast for 12 to 16 minutes.
