1 pouch Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix, 1 lb. 1.5 oz size ▢3 tbsp vegetable oil ▢1 tbsp water ▢1 egg ▢3 cups miniature marshmallows ▢2/3 cup light corn syrup ▢1/4 cup butter ▢1 tbsp vanilla extract ▢1 10 oz. bag peanut butter chips ▢2 cups Rice Krispies cereal ▢2 cups peanuts, salted


Step - 1

Oil and preheat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish to 350 degrees. Aside; set aside.  

In a large basin, combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg until a soft dough forms. This mixture should be pressed into the bottom of a greased pan.  

Step - 2

Bake for twelve to fourteen minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with marshmallows and return to the oven for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until the marshmallows have firmed.  

Step - 3

Combine corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and peanut butter morsels in a large pot and heat over low heat. Continuously stir the ingredients together until the chips are softened.  

Step - 4

Once the mixture has been removed from the fire, incorporate the Rice Kris-pies and nuts. Attempt to cover all of the marshmallows with the mixture by spooning it on.
