Tiramisu Overnight Oats Are a Sweet Morning Treat

Ingredients: two cups. entire milk 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee or espresso 6 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, split

2 1/2 teaspoons, divided, of vanilla extract 2. Traditional rolled oats Eight teaspoons of chia seeds

Two ounces of softened and diced cream cheese One container (5.3 oz) of vanilla Greek yogurt powdered cocoa, to serve

Guidelines Pour the milk, coffee, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract into a large measuring cup. Split the mixture into four airtight jars or containers.

Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 1/2 cup of oats to each container, making sure the oats are completely covered with liquid. For at least four hours and up to twelve hours, cover and chill.

Cream cheese should be whisked until smooth in a medium-sized bowl. Once completely blended and smooth, whisk in the yogurt, the remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and the remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Spreading the yogurt mixture into a smooth layer, spoon it over the oats. Once coated with cocoa powder, serve cold.
